Tell us about yourself.

I am Joe Tardibouno. I have been the owner of American Coring for 30 years, which is located in Toms River, New Jersey.

What made you decide to purchase your machine from us?

We used a diesel mini skid steer when we could, but most of the time we were forced to the work by hand, due to the regulations. I saw a video of the Sherpa online and thought it could be good to use for indoor projects. Since its battery powered, it meets regulation guidelines.

When was the first time you used the Sherpa?

I rented it for the first time almost 2 years for almost a month. At first, I thought it was going to be more for a niche situation, but then I realized in a 5 year span the machine would more than pay for itself due to the versatility, and minimal fuel costs and maintenance costs.

What was the first thing that stuck out to you once you got the machine on your first job?

It could easily move materials such as concrete and dirt fast and continuously steady without getting tired, lasting an entire workday no problem, working nonstop 6-7 hours a day. And the advantage of only using one man and a Sherpa for a job that usually takes 3 and not tiring him out.

How have you used the machine since that first job?

Yes, after renting out from Area Rentals, I decided to purchase it.

How often are you using the machine and on what types of jobs?

We have taken out the Sherpa for 6 different jobs in a 6-month period. It is mostly used to easily move concrete slabs after a cutting job.

What feedback do you have on the machine after using it for the time that you have had it?

A cupholder would be nice! Possibly have another tie down point.
